Welcome to www.FDIC.gov/PasswordReset, your self-service password reset tool. This tool is available for FDIC personnel to reset your password without calling the Service Desk. 

Please Note:  SSPR is only used for resetting your password and cannot be used to reset PINs on your PIV card or SafeNet token.

  • Register: Before you use this tool, please visit the CIOO IT Service Portal to get registration information. Should you choose not to register to use the self-service portal or if you have any questions, you may still reset your password by calling the FDIC Service Desk at (877) 334-2999.
  • Reset Your Password: Once your account is set-up, you may reset your password anytime.
