FDIC Hosts South Carolina Affordable and Workforce Housing Forum

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) will host a virtual affordable housing forum to bring stakeholders together to explore solutions to address the critical shortage of affordable and workforce housing in South Carolina. The forum will encourage banks, affordable housing developers, non-profits, housing finance agencies, and local governments to explore solutions, such as community land trusts, public-private partnerships, and creative funding sources to increase the affordable housing supply. Presenters will share best practices and resources to help advance affordable housing development and preservation in South Carolina.
