Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I am an attorney who works with nonprofit developers of affordable housing. I oppose the proposal to change the asset requirements for CRA and to streamline the CRA exam. The proposal will be extremely detrimental to low- and moderate-income communities, especially those in rural areas. I urge you not to enact the proposal.
