Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

As the gap between income levels continues to widen, the proposed change to the CRA exam level will greatly harm low to moderate income communities. Communities need MORE private sector partners not fewer. The proposed change would particulary effect rural areas and would leave some states with no CRA covered institutions. Please do not raise the exam limit thereby removing this important community function from many banks.
