Now's the time to preserve the CRA, Dear Mr. Feldman, CDFIs are critical players in our communities. The current FDIC rule proposal eliminates 2/3rds of the community requirements for midsize banks. This would be a terrible mistake. As an American, an investor and someone who cares about his community, I urge you to withdraw this rule proposal immediately. Sincerely, Benjamin Stokes
