Don't do it! Your are gutting the CRA by changing the thresholds. As a professional who has long worked with low and moderate income communities to encourage re-investment I understand the importance of a strong CRA. This proposed change guts the CRA and is yet one more example of this administration's lack of commitment to affordable housing, livable communities and the hand working people who live in them.
