Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Greetings to the FDIC: I am writing to oppose the FDIC proposal to consider banks with assets over 250 million dollars as small banks under the Community Investment Act. This would limit their lending investments and services in low income communities. If these communities are to survive, their residents need access to low interest loans. Please do not pass this proposal. Thank you, Sara BAtchelder, 10 Mathers Crossing, Simsbury, CT 06070
