Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I strongly believe that the proposed changes to the Community Reinvestment Act that reduce participation by smaller banks is not in the best interests of low and moderate income communities or the banking institutions doing business in these communities. One of the greatest results of the CRA has been the collaborations that have taken place between large and small institutions. The CRA provide the necessary incentive for institutions to work together and form partnerships with the public sector and community based organizations.

Is isn't broken so it does not need to be fixed.
