Comments to FDIC

Dear FDIC:

As a community organization, I join my fellow community leaders throughout the nation in the opinion that the FDIC proposal will harm low to moderate income communities, particularly in rural areas - and leave some states with no CRA-covered institutions -- by removing CRA obligations from as many as 1,300 insured depository institutions this would be a tragedy.

Thank you for considering my views.
