Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities." To allow the CRA to be so radically changed would mean that neighborhoods will die as housing stock and economy declines without the support of financial institutions. It is important to cities, states and the nation that all neighborhoods and communities are given every opportunity to be economically viable. I entreat you to not undermine the social and economic health of our country.
