Dear Mr. Feldman: I recently found out from my bank about FDIC plans to change banking regulations in such a way that banks would no longer be obligated to invest in the communities from which they receive deposits. This change is a horrible idea, and will cause massive capital flight out of the areas that most need investment. Thank you, Michael MastmanMichael Mastman
