Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose the change to the definition of "small banks" as it will severely hurt rural and lower income communities and borrowers who are seriously underserved by the larger institutions that this change would effect. I also oppose the redefinition of what “meeting credit needs” means in rural communities by eliminating the requirement that banks address low and moderate income needs.
