Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I would like to go on record opposing the proposal by FDIC under the Community Reinvestment Act that would examine larger banks in the same manner as smaller, neighborhood banks. I believe this action would extremely affect the neighborhood banks’ ability to service low-income areas. THIS IS A STEP IN THE WRONG DIRECTION!!! Let the big banks service the big accounts to make their money and let the small banks continue to service local communities. Without affordable local service, our neighborhoods will continue to decline, only now it will be exponentially. NOT A SMART THING TO DO.
