Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I am writing to convey my strong opposition to the FDIC's proposed rule that would quadruple the asset size of banks for CRA purposes, excluding thousands from current obligations. I have been working in the affordable housing field for 20 years, and have seen how effective the CRA has been in motivating banks to invest in cities and neighborhoods that they had neglected for decades.
