Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

It would be an unmitigated disaster and seriously affect local economies if CRA provisions were in any way decreased. The banks should invest in the communities where they make money. The banks that participate in CRA activities in many cases provide access to funding through CDFI's and other micro-lenders and Community Action Agencies to create employment and safe decent sanitary housing and increase wealth in local jurisdictions. The lack of these resources would hurt the ability of local government to serve small businesses and local residents in important ways. Lisha Adela Garcia,
Neighborhood Services Manager, City of Mesa.
