Proposed changes to the CRA are a very, very bad idea. They negatively impact millions of people who need affordable housing. Low Income Housing Tax Credits will lose much of their value, if this is passed. CRA limits should be LOWERED, not raised. Whoever dreamed this up is either criminally incompetent, or grossly negligent.
