Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I STRONGLY DISAGREE WITH THE LIMITED CRA. HOW CAN YOU GO FROM BANK WITH LESS THEN $250 MILL. TO 1 BILLION. THAT'S CRAZY, THERE'S NO CONTROL THERE AND THE BANKS KNOW IT. THIS WILL DEFINITELY HURT THE COMMUNITY AND THE CONSUMER. YOU NEED TO RECONSIDER THIS CHANGE.!
