The following comment is in reference to 12 CFR Part 345:
The Orlando Community Redevelopment Agency is very concerned that this proposal regarding the Community Reinvestment Act could turn back the clock on efforts to meet the credit needs of our communities and support low to moderate income housing. Instead of this proposed change we recommend an effort to strengthen the current regulations for all institutions.
