Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities. My community is considered a low-income community and has volumes of families and individuals who would not be able to purchase homes and other commodities if not for the services provided by our local banks. Please consider our low-income communities and families who depend on these services for their financial health!
