Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Assuming the object of the CRA is to help all Americans equally, any attempt to limit the application or coverage of the law, including exempting any financial institutions from performance or compliance, would be to move in an inappropriate direction.

The financial institutions have a pretty good record of taking care of themselves. I urge you to side with the American people, and make no changes which reduce the geographic area of application or the extent and list of financial institutions which must presently comply with the provisions of the CRA.
