Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Dear Sir,

I represent an economic development agency that works to revitalize communities in the most distressed rural County in Pennsylvania.

The CRA program has made a difference in our community, encouraging banks to make purdent investments in areas that they would normally not be interested in due to minimal loan opportunities.

Letting the CRA program expire would widen the gap between the wealthy and poor communities in our area and across the country, by reducing the access to capital.

Maximizing bank profits is not always the most important economic factor when evaluating the total benefit to society.

It is important that the CRA program be maintained at its current level.

Thank you,

Mike Krajovic
