As the Executive Director of West Side Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc, a not for profit housing agency, I am very concerned and strongly opposed to your proposal to significantly weaken the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). We are seeing a positive change in our neighborhoods as a direct result of working with banks following the guidlelines of the CRA. In conclusion, all of your proposals will result in fewer loans and investments in low to moderate income communities. Please withdraw your harmful proposal.
