Dear Mr. Feldman

I am very much opposed to the proposed change in the Community Reinvestmant Act regulations. I believe that changing the CRA will undermine rural communities. I travel
across the country and see how small towns have suffered. They are dying. Please
do not contribute further by adopting this rule.
