Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

As someone who works with low-income communities on a daily basis, the
Community Reinvestment Act is a crucial piece of legislation that keeps
investment these communities. Low-income neighborhoods struggle as it
is to retain their own capital, much less encourage new investment.
Please preserve the CRA as it is.
