Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

To Whom it Concerns at the FDIC,

This is concerning a proposed change to the Community Reinvestment Act. I oppose the proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments, and services in low-income communities. The economy, job losses and new policies are all taking aim at low income families -- this has to stop. The CRA was designed to help low income people work their way out of poverty, leave it alone and let it do it's job. If you change anything, make it stronger, not weaker!

Thank you.
