Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

As co-president of a private non-profit, Princeton Community Housing (PCH), I am very concerned about the proposal to exempt some banks from a full CRA exam. PCH, starting in 1967, has built and continues to manage 439 units of affordable housing for low and moderate income seniors and families.

It is imperative that everyone, including banks which profit from everyone's business, support efforts like ours to make decent housing available to all Americans. The proposed policy would be detrimental to the creation of badly needed housing for our citizens.

Please preserve the Community Reinvestment Act from this serious threat.

Sincerely,
Sheila Berkelhammer
