Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I am writing to oppose the FDIC's proposal to quadruple the asset threshold for the CRA exam to $1 billion, as it will have a significant and damaging impact on low-income communities in rural parts of the U.S. through a resulting decline in grants and loans to build affordable housing, fund small businesses, and support social services.
