Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

To Those Involved in the Community Reinvestment Decision:

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities. I have personally worked with many low-income individuals and families who's lives have turned around due to the hard work they applied to a loan or investment made via Community Reinvestment. CRA has offered hope to thousands just in the Bay Area AND economic stability.
