Hello;

I am writing to you today to let you know that I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations.

While I support efficient, effective government and the cutting down of red-tape, this measure will severely impair reinvestment and development in lower income regions. The ripple effect of such a policy will be felt time and again as communities and the organizations committed to them continue to have insufficient resources and funds to bring economic stability and vitality to low income people and communities. The economic well-being of these people and communities is important to all tax-payers and members of society.

In my opinion, this measure will severely undermine low and moderate income communities. PLEASE DO NOT ADOPT THIS RULE.

Respectfully,
Melissa Burns
