Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

To Whom It May Concern:

I oppose FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. If this proposal passes, only 4% of FDIC-regulated banks would face a full CRA exam. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities.

More specifically, this proposal would reduce the number of banks in our local area that are currently required to reinvest in this community. This would place an even greater burden on non-profits like ours, who depend on banking partners to ensure program sustainability and success.

thank you,
