To Whom It May Concern - regarding RIN 3064-AC50:

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low and moderate income communities.

Daily, I work with income limited citizens where access to banking services is challenging enough but by eliminating CRA for smaller banks more obstacleswill stand in their way. CRA provides a commitment by our local banks to ensure access to all financial services, checking, savings, loans, etc.

I would urge you to PLEASE NOT ADOPT this POLICY.
