Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I am concerned that proposed changes in regulations will make it harder for middle and lower income folks generally to receive CRA services. I understand that some states will be much more severely impacted than others because the banking infrastructure includes fewer banks subject to the more thorough examinations. I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities.

Please keep me informed about the progress of these proposals.
