Dear Mr. Feldman,

I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment regulations. Changing CRA will undermine rural communities in my opinion. Since I live in a small rural community I am well aware of how fragile the entire economic situation. So I ask you to please not adopt this rule.
