Re.: RIN 3064-AC50

Gentlemen:

I strongly oppose to FDIC's proposed rule changing Community Reinvestment Act regulations to allow banks with assets above $250 million and under $1 billion to be examined as small banks. In the rural state in which I work, this rule would allow nearly all if not all of our banks to be examined in this way. This policy would reduce services, lending, and investments to low income communities including agricultural communities and would be detrimental to the people who most need the help.

Respectfully,
Polly Nichol
Director of Housing
