I want to comment on the proposed rule (12 CFR Part 345) to allow banks with more than $250 million in assets to avoid a full CRA exam. RIN number 3064-!C50.

I work for a non-profit community-based development corporation in a low-income neighborhood of Minneapolis.

We are concerned about this proposed change because we think it will hurt people who live in low-income neighborhoods like ours. Our struggle to address the growing divide between the have's and the have-not's is part of what makes America strong. The FDIC should support this not weaken it.
