Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I strongly and completely oppose the proposal to widen the definition of
which banks would be allowed to be examined as small banks under the
Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would do nothing but reduce the
investment commitments banks have made in low-income communities, and serves
no one but those large banks themselves.
