Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I am writing today to oppose the proposal to exempt banks with between
$250M and $1B in assets from full CRA examination. This change would lead
to decreased investment in low income communities. I have seen the
positive difference CRA makes. Weakening it in this way will hurt poorer
communities and the people living in them.
