Subject: Community Reinvestment - RIN 3064-AC50

As a concerned citizen, I urge you to withdraw your proposed changes to the Community Reinvestment Act regulations (RIN 3064-AC50). CRA has been instrumental in increasing homeownership and economic development. This action will do harm to both rural and urban communities. I work in community development in the South Bronx, which was abandoned for years by red-lining banks. The proposed changes would roll back years of work and improvements completed by many community advocates and residents. I strongly urge you to withdraw the proposed changes.

Sincerely,

Kate Van Tassel
