To Whom it May Concern: I strongly oppose the proposed rule that will change the Community Reinvestment Act. The current regulations have assisted in the development of many housing programs in my home state of New Hampshire. I think the changes will really undermine the rural communities' ability to effect positive change. Please do NOT adopt this new rule!
