Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities."

As a developer of affordable rental housing projects, we believe that banks are encouraged to invest in affordable housing projects because of the current rules. The proposed rules would drastically reduce the number of banks who are subject to these rules here in Lancaster County. As a result we believe it will be harder to secure equity investments and mortgage loans for our affordable housing projects.

We sincerely hope these rules are not allowed to take effect.

Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
