Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

To whom it may concern:

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities.

As someone working with low-income household in a 3-county rural area, I can attest to the fact that financing options for households in poverty, whether to purchase or repair homes, are almost few and far between now. If this proposal is permitted to go into effect, I fear the outcomes would be devastating to our target households, not to mention the impact to rural folks nationwide.
