As a long time advocate against homelessness, I am deeply concerned about the proposed regulations to increase the threshold size for CRA review of financial instititutions.

As mergers continue in New England and around the country, these new regulations could mean that many states will not benefit from CRA and resulting investments. Also, the barriers to credit and financing that prompted passage of CRA have not been eradicated. CRA is needed FOR ALL financial institutions; not for fewer!
