Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Dear FDIC,

As a citizen who works to assure reinvestment in low- and moderate-income neighborhoods throughout the country, I am writing to say that I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act.

This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities, which are already facing enormous hardships. And if these communities continue to suffer and not thrive as do more affluent sections of our cities, we will increasingly feel the impact throughout our cities's economies and infrastructure.

Thank you for your consideration.

Amanda Joseph
