Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act.

I started and ran a small bank, and I had my issues with the way CRA examiners seemed to either lack common sense or not be allowed to use it. But to make this proposed change will reduce the help banks now offer disadvantaged communities.

Sincerely,

Randall C. Benston
