This e-mail is sent to oppose the changes currently being considered in CRA regulations. Please do not increase the definition of a small bank from $250 million to $1 million. Making this change will exempt all but one bank in the state of Maine from the three-part exam. This change would have a negative impact on low and moderate income people in our rural state.

Respectfully,
