Dear Mr. Feldman,

I am writing you to oppose the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. I think it is important that banks invest and serve low income communities. If this is limited to very large banks it will limit the communities and areas that are served.

Affordable housing and community improvements are crucial to the stability and community health of our citizens.
