Dear Mr. Feldman

For a small bank ($30 Million) the regulatory burden has become overwhelming. In my 34 years as a small community Bank President, I have experienced a tremendous increase in the amount of my time required to deal with regulator issues.

Please increase the CRA threshold, which hopefully would help in some way.
