Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I am adamantly opposed to the proposed changes by the FDIC, that could
exempt as many as 94% of depository institutions from service and investment
requirements and result in as much as $5 billion less community investment
over the next few years. I am a US citizen who resides in Dorchester MA.
Please do not make this unconstitutional proposition a reality.
