I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities. : Screw you, FDIC, for trying to let banks get away with not giving poor people a chance to revitalize their neighborhoods. You should be utterly ashamed of yourselves. Given the current political climate, I would think that most good and concionable people would be looking to improve this country and not embarrasing themselves by participating in the orgy of humanity-hating, money grubbing free-for-all that is going on right now.
Consider yourself thoroughly and publicly SPANKED!!!!
