I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities. : This action will not only harm our rural communities, but in turn cause harm to all. We need to think long term and what is best for all. This is the kind of short term, limited gain action we see more and more of and it will bring great difficulties for ALL of us in the long run. We do not need the kind of society that does not allow the growth and development of all. I strongly urge you to consider what is best for a strong community and not just what is best for the few.

Thank you for your time and consideration!
